Description

...is this a thing? Rarity vs a giant crab. So random. (Value study ~ 1 hour)

Edit: OK, I did some research and for those of you, like me, who were wondering... Whatsapokemon commissioned many artists to draw Rarity fighting a crab, and it has begun to catch on as a meme.  Apparently he had no other reason (other than being random) to request art of this specific subject.

My best guess was that the original concept came from two internet phenomena: The Giant Enemy Crab derives from an awkward E3 game presentation which "features battles which actually happened in Japan" where you fight said crab. (More info) And Rule of the Internet #35.2 (from rules of the internet), states, "If no pony is found of it, it will be made." As a result, we now have Rarity fighting crabs.

Edit2: This was featured by the Cutie Art Crusaders in Episode 43 - Crab Battle! Thanks for the critique, and I made a quick correction to Rarity's anatomy. Thanks for pointing that out! : D
