Daily Deviation response (1/24/11): 
Holy-... a DD!? I'm grateful beyond words! I'm really happy people enjoy my comic so much! This was quite unexpected. It makes me wish I had better artwork to show for in my gallery – it's like being thrown a surprise party when your house is a mess. But seriously, thank you all!
Comic contest placement response (1/25/11): I entered this into Blizzard's monthly SC2 Comic Contest and I placed! (1st I believe). My hard work paid off the moment I completed it and sat back to simply appreciate the humor and the time I spent on it. But the DD and winning the contest has been the sweetest icing on the cake I could have ever asked for. Thanks to you reading this and everyone else who's shown their appreciation!
Original comments: Finally, after 101 Marines (-3 mostly hidden), 5 Drones, 19 Zerglings, 5 Roaches, 1 Ultralisk, 7 Banelings, 12 Infestors, 6 Overlords (faces included), and 30 backgrounds for frames (10 which have some pretty distinct-looking effects like smoke and slime), IM DONE!
I spent soooooo much time on it. At least 60 hours. ~35 for the line art, 25 for the coloring.
I know it's just a silly comic, but don't forget to appreciate the time put into it and attention to detail!
